Working in Abudawood Trading Company Pakistan (P&G) as an Account Supervisor.
Extra activities: Working and Support as a behalf of Supplier Supervisor & W/H Supervisor.
SAP Working Module: SD, MM, FI Modules.
1) Provide daily account management via phone, email and/or direct contact with clients, project, and production management teams.
2) Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
3) Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Branch Manager of any problems that may arise.
4) Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
5) Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
6) Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
7) Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
8) Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
9) Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
10) Pricing management including inflation indexation and margin improvement.
11) Develop account strategic plan. Earn support to execute within company and at sr. levels of customer.
12) Reports to the Branch Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
