The Director of Education & Immigration Consulting is responsible for leading and managing our consulting services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to clients seeking educational opportunities and immigration solutions. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals. The Director will play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery, fostering client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
PRDC helps NGOs to break the cycle of insufficient funds, staff and time. This allows PRDC Partners to deliver more Quality Education to the children and young adults they serve. The PRDC model is defined by four key services: consultancy, skilled volunteers, training and advocacy.
Marketing directors are in charge of a companys marketing efforts and strategies. The jobs focus may largely be concerned with market segments, overall groups of consumers who are defined by a common interest, income, age, ethnicity, or other factors. Marketing directors ultimately seek to discover which of those market segments would buy their organizations products or services and how to best present those products and services to the selected target market.
Employees in this job direct the activities of educational consultants and other professional and nonprofessional staff, who consult and/or provide technical assistance to education officials in general education programs, special education, higher education, school districting, education research, vocational education or education guidance programs. The employee may also supervise subordinate employees providing support to a particular educational area. The employee ensures conformance with State Board of Education rules, policies, and procedures and ensures that program funding is expended in accordance with federal or state guidelines. The employee works within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to adapt and apply the guidelines to specific situations. The work requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, laws, and regulations of education programs and knowledge of supervisory techniques and personnel policies and procedures.
