1. Providing direct support and reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager.
2. Managing Nestle Marketing Committee as a Committee Team Leader, in the purpose of all Marketing Activities for Retail "Small Format" & 5-Gallon Products.
3. Handling 5 Strategic Business Units; 2 Sales Departments “Nestle, MANHAL 5-Gallon Sales Divisions”, Call Center Division, Administration & Data Entries Division, and Key Accounts Section.
4. Establishing a new Customer Service Department in order to handle & satisfy Customer needs efficiently.
5. Rolling out a successful Central Region Sales Strategy to Eastern Province "Jeddah, Madinah, and Taif"
6. Responsible for executing & Implementing Sales plans & Strategies for the 5 Gallon sales contracts for the following segments; Homes, Companies, Guards, Hospitals, construction sites, and government institutions.
7. Manage & developing several training courses in Selling and Promotional techniques for sales force according to Nestle Sales Toolkits.
8. Creating & developing promotional campaigns for Nestle 5-Gallon product on Quarterly basis.
9. Developing and establishing a strong communication Network with Key Accounts & other customers.
10. Recruiting more than 25 Key Accounts Customer through establishing a strong communication channels with Country VIPs.
11. Manage to increase Sales Department KPIs from 1.67 Contracts recruited per day to reach 3.4 Contracts per day per salesman in Nestle 5-Gallon Sales Team.
12. Improving the quality of customer service and achieve the highest Customer satisfaction level.
13. Responsible for gathering Market Information through conducting Several Marketing Surveys in order to measure customer satisfaction, Customer Awareness, Service Feedback, and Competitors SWOT Analysis.
