Planning and Resourcing
Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business.
Compensation and Benefits
Set pay structure and benefits offerings
Determine competitive wage rates in accordance with positions weight and develop or modify compensation plans
Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legal
Coordinate and supervise the work activities of specialists and support staff
Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to employees
Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with laws and regulations

Organization Development
Coordinate with HR in plant to conduct annual employee performance appraisal
Design and develop HR policies, procedures, process map and related forms
Follow procedures related to Expatriates working of company: visa, passport, work permits, medical check
Prepare a program budget and keep operations within budget
Director to initiate and deliver value-adding, cost-effective and compliant HR processes & programs.
Align current and future HR functions to support achievement of corporate goals.
Employee Relation
Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships and effective communication between Company & employees
Advise management on employee relations
Execute responsibilities with utmost confidentiality, accuracy and integrity

Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government
Regulations.
Control Payroll Calculation, compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required by
authorities.
Coordinate with HR in Head Office to conduct annual employee performance appraisal.
Follow procedures related to Expatriates working of company: visa, passport, work permits,
medical expenses.
Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships and effective communication between Company & employees.
