* Manages relationships with customers to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any conflict / disagreements while promoting business development interests of the firm.
* Create Customer Value: Understands the needs, requirements, and priorities of internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to find solutions which meet expectations
* Applies practices and techniques of archives and record management in arranging, describing, preserving and providing access to records

• Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of transport goods.
• Managing all major and minor maintenance.
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans.
