SAP:
1. Manage all materials master activities ( create, maintain, cleanse, mark for
deletion) based on the business need.
2. Creating the GMID in SAP GMID system, and in the back office ( Unity) and
linking the GMID in the front office with the LMID in the back office.
3. Update the Master Production schedule ( MPS) and review it frequently.
4. Run the MRP on monthly basis.
5. Convert the plan orders into production process orders and communicate
them to the production team.
6. Activate the system generated PRs into purchase orders and communicate
them to suppliers.
Demand & Supply & Production Planning:
1. Responsible for the flow of materials from suppliers through production to consumer.
2. analyze and review the net demand.
3. Plan the yearly budget based on the volumes.
4. Prepare the yearly production plan and review it on monthly basis.
5. Prepare the yearly supply plan and review it frequently to synchronize
demand and supply and align the monthly production plan with the Supply plan.
6. Prepare the SLA with the supply plants.
7. Evaluate the production capacity vs demand and pinpoint the bottlenecks.
8. Review the weekly production schedule with production team.
9. Manage the supply plan and communicate it to the local and international
materials suppliers (ADS).
10. Monitor the inventory levels and control stock levels for each SKU.
11. Supervise the warehouse team and warehouse activity.
12. Compliance of the warehouse activity with Sanofi HSE & Quality
requirements.
Supplier Relations Management:
1. Follow up with the European plants the supplies of APIs, and SF and manage
the materials availability based on the production need.
2. Tackle any supply issues that would interrupt the materials availability.
3. Create purchase orders and communicate them to suppliers based on the
inventory & production needs.
4. Follow up with suppliers the placed orders to ensure the availability of
packaging materials and APIs as agreed stock levels.
5. Evaluate the supplier performance
Custom Clearance:
1. Manage the import process.
2. Prepare the custom clearance documents
3. Follow up the shipment clearance with the custom brokers.
4. Key contact with custom, SFDA, and freight forwarders.
As AM - Logistics & Warehouse my duties & Responsibilities as follows: -Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods; -coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems; -Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand; -allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs; liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers; developing business by gaining new contracts, Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions -Deliver a level of service to customers that are equal to best international standards. -Enforce safe working environment and ensure lost time injuries are kept to a minimum. -Ensure a cost efficient operation in best practices. -Liaise closely with shipping companies, customs agents, trucking companies, Customs, port authorities, and other authorities to ensure that their requirements are met. -Best operation practices with regards to advanced operations strategies and new technology. -Achieve the Company’s and its customer’s expectations with regard to operational efficiency, productivity and reliability. -Ensure that the terminal adheres to Terminal world standards for container terminal operations. -Mange the import, export and transshipment inspection processes and ensure sustainable improving to the inspection procedures.
Ensure that all planned crane and yard movements are supported by adequate equipment and manpower, and that all terminal resources are used in the best possible way, so that all goes well as per terminal standards.
