Responsible for maintenance, support, administration and
troubleshooting of the eDirham infrastructure(Ministry of
Finance) at 4 different Datacentres.
• Worked as single point of contact for Maintenance, support
and troubleshooting of multiple OS platforms(AIX, Linux,
Windows), virtualization(VMWare, Hyper-V, IBM Power
Servers), storage(IBM DS, Dell Unity), Antivirus( Kaspersky,
Mcafee, TrendMicro), Privilege Access
Management(BeyondTrust), backup solutions(NetBackup)
and other technologies.
• Conducts routine hardware and software audits of all
infrastructure to ensure compliance with established
standard policies and configuration guidelines including
preventive system maintenance and back-up recovery
activities.
• Participate in Maintenance, support and troubleshooting of
perimeter security systems like Firewalls (cisco ASA, Palo
Alto, FortiGate), Intrusion protection systems (IPS), cisco
Firepower (FTD), Web Application firewalls (WAF).
• Broad knowledge of more than 30 state-of-the-art
technology, software, equipment, and/or systems including
basic hardware installation and configuration skills.
• Worked as a Team Lead and single Point of contact during
eDirham Infrastructure Project handling more than 30

Key role in LLD and Design phase for eDirham Infrastructure
replacement Project handled and managed to provide design
making decisions with achieving the best output.
• Played critical role in achieving PCI Compliance with multiple
technologies and worked as an expert in resolving the
vulnerabilities.
• Perform problem resolution and provide 24 x 7 on-call
support (including after working hours, during weekends and
holidays).
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including
design docs, test plans, project plans, procedures, incident
reports and troubleshooting guides.
