Working as technical team lead in the company which is a systems integrator and focus on IT security technologies.
As my company deals with projects and maintenance of the solution to the end -users, I lead the technical team making sure of Projects-completion, handling on technical issue-tickets and meeting deadlines on projects and maintenance

Tasks included installation and configuration of security polciies on security solutions like firewall / IPS / Endpoint Security
>Troubleshooting on issues with ticket mechanism and co-ordinating with vendor support and dealing with escalations.
> Provide training to new-comers on existing IT Security Solutions.
