Also performs category management by setting up and maintaining contracts for frequently used items, consumables, Uniforms, Stationery & Pantry Items by sourcing out feasible suppliers through RFQ / RFP process, SRM - Supplier Relationship Management.
Handles spot buy purchases of items & services worth of AED 500, 000/- per month with cost savings of 8.4 % of the total spend per month.
Manages contractual purchases items & services worth of more than AED 1, 000, 000/- per month with contract cost avoidance of 12% on total spend per month.
Power & Distribution Transformers' testing.
HV and LV tests including Impulse ( lightning test ) for Power Transformers.
Understanding the background involved in Aluminium production from its ore.
Safety & Fire fighting training for personal safety inside the facility.
Understanding the process line-up for aluminium extraction.
Electrical maintenance work of anode production department.
Routine check-ups of the baking kiln areas of anode production facility.
Attending service & maintenance calls for the site.
Performing preventive maintenance on all the actuators, sensors, kneaders, vibrocompactors, belt drives for smooth running of the facility.
