Acted as the primary resource to SAUDI ARAMCO, SASREF, SABIC and its affiliates. Fostered and maintained client relationships by planning and providing end to end recruitment solutions helping them to manage their HR projects.
• Responsible for 360° recruitment for the existing clients, maintaining and developing client-business relationships to ensure client satisfaction with the company at all times resulting in repeated business by resolving any outstanding issues.

• Handled the entire SAUDI ARAMCO, SASREF & SABIC project independently.
• Responsible for the compliance of all the personnel documentation with the regulatory framework (law, internal procedures and policies).
• Handled disputes, terminating employees and administering disciplinary procedures.
• Issuing Offer Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters.
• Conducted exit interviews and verified that employment termination paperwork was completed.
• Organized new employee orientation schedules and preparation of their government ID cards.
• Acted as a resource for payroll/HR Contacts to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefits and HR policies and regulations.
• Managed renewal of visa, ID cards, status change, passport & iqama renewal and medical cards.
• Ensure that operations department provides a systematic and timely update on staff visas.
• Resolved employment related disputes through proactive communication.
• Supported management in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
• Assisted with day to day operations of the HR functions and provided administrative support to other employees.
• Processed documentation and prepared reports relating to personnel activities like staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations.
• Assisted in payroll preparation by providing relevant data and maintained the complete biometrics of the employees.
• Coordinated meetings and presented all human resources law updates.
• Supervision in Medical arrangements for staff undergoing residence visa application and staff reporting sick.
• Made salary adjustments and managed contract renewals and promotions.
• Ensuring all documentations is completed in accordance with company policy.
• Arranging training and development for the employees and scheduling them.
• Preserving a good employer-employee relationship.
