1. Daily Operations
• Follow the day- to- day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ( international best practices ) improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement .

2. Communication and coordination
• Communicate with job seekers and to make sure of their information and updated in the system continuously.

• Have to provide solutions in the event of a problem or escalation with maintaining the confidentiality of information on the labor researcher
• Identify the client's needs and convert it to the appropriate courses for him.
• Follow-up job seeker during and after the recruitment process.
