Perform a vigilant monitoring of all accounts under his portfolio.
Handle client’s inquiries (via calls or walk in) on rescheduling/ restructuring/ negotiation proposals and related matters.
Study and prepare reports on proposals requested by clients pertaining to rescheduling/ restructuring/ negotiation and related matters.
Monitor/review closely those accounts under rescheduling/restructuring/negotiated settlements and others, and act accordingly to protect the interest of the Bank and minimize loss to the Bank.
Manage loan collection and recovery activities efficiently.
Prepare loan status of each account monthly and as when required..
Study and determine the appropriate recovery strategy and implement the recovery strategy effectively and efficiently.
Conduct client and field visit, and monitor the performance of the financing project.
Conduct on-going assessment of client’s financial position in meeting loan repayment obligation.
Review FRS 139 and ensure the current information is updated in the system by respective owner of assets as and when required on timely basis.
Check/review collateral position of impaired loan periodically as per BNM guidelines.
Liaise with solicitors, Land Offices, Receiver and Manager and others related and monitor closely accounts under the legal proceedings to speed up and ensure efficiency of recovery process.
Any other related matters pertaining to loan collection and recovery activities of the distressed loan assets.
Other duties as instructed by the Manager/Head of Corporate Loan Recovery.
Provided Portfolio Management solutions and comprehensive Investment advisory services to a diverse clientele both High Net-worth local and foreign.
Was involved in Capital Market Research and technical analysis of share and portfolio movements. Provided Portfolio Management solutions and comprehensive Investment advisory services to a diverse clientele both High Net-worth local and foreign.
Assisted in placing equity with Investors and promoted Initial Public offerings conducted by the NDB Investment Bank
