Direct administer all aspects of running the Language Center on a day-to-day basis to increase proficiency. Perform sales function directed at obtaining new clients from consumer market as well as support corporate sales in developing existing local and global accounts for in-house and Center programs to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Planning and supervising sales promotion activities, and assign sales visits to clients. Manage, train, evaluate, and when necessary recruit Administrative and Sales staff. Ensure that the Language Center and its employees are in compliance with governmental and regulatory guidelines and regulations as well as company's standards. Perform regular income and profit from operations analysis with a continuous goal of increasing sales volume and controlling costs. On-the-job training and supervision of receptionists and sales personnel; handling complaints; motivating and training staff to understand and meet customer's needs and organization objectives; maintaining adequate appearance of premises.
