Senior Executive Recruitment

I was responsible the overseas, and local recruitment departments. Summary of my roles are:
- Receiving requests Business units.
- Dividing the requests to my team depends on the field requests.
- Checking the positions if they are matching our Organization Design and prepare the Job Descriptions with related managers.
- Applying for Visas to cover all the requests if we don't visas for overseas deployment.
- Communicating with the agencies to source for CVs, and Source CVs using recruitment tools.
- Review the CVs, and then forward them to the concern managers for their review.
- Selecting candidates who are matching our JD, and inform the agency for interviews or we arrange for interview either by distance interview or face to face interview.
- Traveling and make interviews with the concern managers for group of vacancies to maintain the recruitment processes.
- Prepare a list of selected candidates and backups in case of rejection for overseas candidates.
- Make the visas authorization and start the process for deployment, such as, medical check up, offers, contracts, and E-ticket for traveling.
- Preparing their employees’ file and collecting their original passports, then send all those documents to Personnel and Admin.
- providing a weekly report regarding the candidates’ recruitment statues to keep the concern managers updated.
- Worked with Ensiab project for implementing SAP system by establishing recruitment system process.
- Reviewing and evaluating the headhunters and recruitment agencies performance, for higher quality and contract changes.

I have handled the local recruitment in Sales Division. As recruitment specialist, my main target was to increase the Saudization and decrease the turnover. I was responsible for Almarai central region (from Hail till Queyia).
Summary of my roles:
- Checking the recruitment budget and finalize the number of positions need to be filled.
- Receiving the walk in CVs or sourcing the CVs using recruitment tools.
- Filter the CVs to whom they are matching our positions.
- Communicate with the candidate and set up an interview.
- Make the interviews with candidate. Candidates who passed the interview will go for three days as trail. Higher position will go to the next interview with the concern manager and recruitment representative.
- Coordinate with the departments to put the accepted candidate under trail to see if they are completely fit.
- Preparing their contracts and documents for deployment such as bank account, medical checkup, social insurance, and ID copy.
- Sent the prepared documents to Head Office for issuing their employment number.
- For any new employee who doesn’t have his employment number, he will be under my responsibility for any task or mission, such as count and pay the salaries, warning letter in case of violation, and terminate.
- Preparing weekly reports to the regional personnel manager.
