Developing administrative and HR policies, programs, procedures and standards and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization.

Similarly, I was able to develop all necessary policies, procedures and programs that are essential for highly reputed education and training institute achieving landmark event of acquiring ISO standard to this institute last year.
