Main responsibilities:-
• Acting as head of finance departments.
• Reporting to Deputy CEO.
• Prepare consolidated financial statement.
• Preparing Company’s financial forecasts
• Prepare budget report.
• Prepare cash flow forecast.
• Prepare quarterly and annual management reports.
• Prepare Capital Market Authority (CMA) reports.
• Provide top management with key performance analysis for local and foreign subsidiaries.
• Reviewing investment transactions.
• Review CBK Reports.
• Direct supervision in compliance matters, Legalities, audit procedures, review procedures, Ministry of commerce, General assembly meetings.
• Strategic tasks as management may direct.

• Main responsibilities:-
• Analyze data, prepare detailed audit reports, prepare over financial statements.
• Plan and manage audit engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel
• Preparing and supervising for the interim and annual audit engagements
• Prepare engagements letters.
• Testing each particular section in the financial statements, such as Cash & Banks, Account Receivable, Inventory, Account Payable, Investments, Property & Equipments, Project Under Developments, Revenue, Cost, Expenses and others.
• Assigning proper tasks for the engagement’s team members.
• Reviewing team members’ works and instruct them.
• Preparing overall analytical review for each significant section in the financial statements.

• Reconcile supplier’s statement and customers.
