Landscaping & irrigation in the Community Area of Jubail Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Jubail Directorate. Job Description Managing and monitoring the overall projects activities of Landscaping, irrigation, electrical, and constraction & utilities. from scratch till completion, handling the master planning, mobilization and execution of the project from design stage till handing over. Follow up the design preparation and work program preparation, obtaining the required work permits, arranging and follow up the projects procurement and cash flow plan. Monitor the day-to-day site activities and staff performance to assure the work progress according to the work plan and KPI's, monitor the project expenses to monitor the cost and profit, follow up the monthly and progress payments to grant the proper cash flow according project plan. Leasing with consultant and client to assure their acceptance of the completed works and maintain proper communication and chain link with all stakeholders to assure project progress according to the plan. Responsibilities
•Managing a team of 487 employees composed of Dept. Managers, Architects, Engineers, Superintendents, Safety Officers, Supervisors and other personnel under rank and file composed of 42 Saudis and 445 Non Saudi.
•Developing the Project Plan
•Managing the Project Schedule
•Follow up the Project Mobilization Requirements And Make sure to have a smooth starting of the project
•Follow up the site progress day to day and make sure the work progress is in line with the project baseline.
•Follow up with Technical Department for all the Projects Requirements and submittals.
•Follow up the daily site requirements and solving the daily issues on site.
•Attend & Follow Up Internal/external Meetings with Client, Consultant, stakeholders & project staff, Give Solutions, Instructions & Directions.
•Managing Issues & Risks (elevating as necessary)
•Approve of the MR Requests (Technical Wise)
•Follow Up with Estimation Department for all Projects Cost Estimations
•Review the Cost Estimation for all Existing Projects
•Ensure the Submission of the project payment certificate on time and follow up till collection.
•Raise and follow up the time and cost Claims for any variation of the projects scope of work.
•Monitoring the Project Budget and apply the value engineering to reduce the cost.
•Managing Dependencies and Conflicts
•Follow up the Submittal of the Required Presentation from the Client/Consultants
•Prepare, Review and Sign the Letters to the Client/Consultant
•Regular Reporting of the Project Status
•Quality-Control with focus on service delivery.
•Safety, training and employee development.
•New implementations as per approved work for construction of walkways, retaining wall, intersection related works, operation and safety and etc.
•Construction of landscaping & irrigation works
•Construction of electrical works.
•Development of roadside and highway landscaping to improve open areas.
•Development and improvement of parks such as installation of new play equipment, grass areas and installation of handicap play areas.
•Recommend revision of procedures with the objective of improving operation and maintenance wherever necessary.
•Submit monthly labor and reimbursable invoices and all other reports related to the contract.
•Submit correspondences to the RC Group Manager.
•Coordinate, attend and represent the project in all affairs concerning project implementation.
