- Directly reporting to Country Manager - Human Resource & Administration.
- Management of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and administration of the Company’s human resources system, including recruiting and selection, classification and compensation plans, labor relations, employee relations, risk management, safety, and training functions.
- Investigate cases that related to company and employees.
- Expert in labor laws.
- Preparation of offer letters, transfer letters, increment letters, bonus letter etc.
- Maintenance and control of Weatherford employee’s contracts.
- Responsible to mobilize international employees to Saudi Arabia from their home country.
- Manage employee’s orientation, transfers and other internal procedures.
- Maintain integrity of HR data base, updating records and imputing data in PeopleSoft
- Liaise with Regional & Global HR for implementing Weatherford policy & procedures.
- Liaise with payroll department for timely payment of employees
- Assistance in the production of documented procedures for the HR function.
- Liaise with department heads for midyear and annual appraisal process.
- Provide general administrative support to HR Manager
- Provide back up and support to other HR staff as workload demands and especially regarding new team members.
