Managing and arranging meetings, functions, and conferences. Preparing correspondence, reports/presentations. Performing general office duties, etc.
I supervised the process of preparing Staffing Descriptions with El-Jabel El-Garbi University-Faculty of Accounting.
I was ressponsible on the company employees's files.
I had got a PhD in Management, more specifically, HRM. The title of my thesis is: An Investigation of Training and Development in Libyan Banking Organisations: A Case Study Approach
I had got a MSc degree in Business Managment- HR- Training and Development from El-Jabel El-Garbi University-Faculty of Accounting. The title of my thesis is: Effect of the policy of choice and training of workers on quality of mail service.
