MY Tasks Are:
- Monitor the cash position of the company on daily basis.
- Manage the monthly and annual closings.
- Perform control evaluation and ensure correctness of accounting records.
- Ensure credit control policies are applied.
- Perform budget development, review and rolling forecast updates as required.
- Provide timely financial information for the Financial Manager.
- Preparing monthly P & L and other financial statements as required.
- Perform advanced accounting and maintain the effectiveness of the accounting system.
- Monitor customer accounts, and exert critical collection efforts.
- Periodically review the work of the accounting staff to assure accuracy.
- Cash and bank deposit, remittance and collection.
- Invoicing and receivables controls.
- Inventory controls
- Assist with sales tax reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheet, P/L …)
- Good communication skills (English proficiency a definite plus)
- Numeric and mathematical skills
- Professional confidentiality.
