Working as the national service & training manager (Bakheet co. for machinery) dealing with all company after sales team insuring a good revenue and good communications between company team and our customers .
Grow the Service Sales Business through building relationships with FM & Key Accounts
Work with peers within the company to raise awareness of Service Offer.
Implement and Control KPI’s to measure the Service Sales Function
Complete monthly & quarterly reports across the company
Ensure application of Processes related to the Service Sales functions
Management of Renewal & Factory Warranty Conversion processes
Raise appropriate invoices and credit notes for service contract activities
Manage good relationship between Services Sales &Services operations teams.
Working as a Service Centre Manager (Bakheet co. for machinery ) for after sales P.D.I. services, repairs, warranty for the various equipments and all the electromechanical and hydraulic systems like(SCHWING Concrete Pumps, KOBELCO earth moving equipments, KOBELCO cranes, ASPHALT equipments HAMM rollers & VOGELE pavers, Ready-mix batching plants O-COUGHI …….E T C
1998-2000:
Worked as a chief engineer in a Silos Company (4M TITAN) Alexandria sea port for cement unloading and bagging. Serving the mechanical and electrical equipments, and all the hydraulic systems which implemented in the unloading equipments, generators etc.
1996-1998:
Worked as a director of maintenance, controlling and scheduling the planned preventative maintenance scheme for the mine. Organizing the time schedules for the major overhauls and repairs and the installation of new equipments. Leading a team of engineers and technicians to raise the standards and performance of the mechanical plant used at the mine.
1991-1996:
Worked as a mechanical engineer (level 2) in the maintenance department implementing a planned preventative maintenance scheme for all mechanical plants. Leading a team of mechanical technicians to achieve the required level of installation of a pipe range for portable high pressure water and compressed air range.
1988-1991:
Worked in the installation department on the construction of the following units:
1. A 9.2mega watt power station.
2. A 120m /hr capacity water treatment plant.
3. The main workshops and its ancillary equipments.
4. 8 surface conveyor belt installations with a total length of 3 km.
5. The coal preparation plant for the mine.
1985-1988:
Fawzi I. Mouselhi has joined Sinai Coal Co. in 1985 and until1988 worked in the maintenance department as a junior mechanical engineer. My duties covered the planned preventative maintenance of a 1.5 mega watt power station of 3 diesel units, diesel powered air compressors \{screws and reciprocating\} and a water pumping station containing 5 centrifugal pumps of 85 Hp. each.
