• Preparing invoices and purchase orders
• Handling Headquarter’s petty cash and reimbursement of the petty cash of other branches
• Following up debtors for prompt payment
• Handling the stock records and records of the phones, phone lines, credits and mobile account balance
• Updating and entering records to the ERP System and also Quickbook accounting package
• Recording and retrieving entries from and to the Excel system
• Preparing financial account statements and such required schedule reports
Work that is conducted:
-to record all the sales and purchases to the account books
-to record all form of expenses and any other source of income of the business
-to find out the balances of the cash and cash equivalents and making bank reconciliations
-to update the creditors and debtors account lists
-to evaluate the VAT and preparing the trial balance
-posting transactions to the accounting packages (Quickbook accounting packages)
-posting such accounting data of businesses to the excel system
-to check, clarify and solve out any accounting error
-preparation of financial statements
-reporting the audited work to the higher staff
Is by auditing different companies, large businesses and small businesses from their accounting records and making the finalized audited financial statements and presenting it to the senior auditors. Making reconciliation of bank statements, computation of taxes as to the tax system and evaluating the tax periodic payment required to be made in the year of income.
