 Performing payments and invoices accurately at expected
period
 Contributing to preparing financial statements
 Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
 Reconciliation of accounts payables & accounts receivables.
 Manage all accounting processes for company, ensuring the
integrity of system postings, and ensure the completion of
monthly and year-end closure procedures.
 Accounting of cash and bank transactions, fixed assets &
inventory
 Ensure monthly payroll is completed on time and payroll
register is maintained and updated with necessary
information.
 Handles all bank related transactions (Bank transfers, Salary
standing order Cheque deposits, etc.)
