- Preparing daily dispatch reports and also Inventory opening and closing balance of all brands all over Pakistan.
- Updating Stock Tracking sheet and Invoice Tracking sheet on daily basis.
- Managing transfers between warehouses and maintaining stock availability in deficit markets.
- Handling Inventory management and Inventory control in warehouses and follow different inventory procedures i.e. FIFO, LIFO.
- Preparing Stock in hand after every dispatch or receiving Goods along with its expiry dates, Stock Dispatched to each distributor in the whole month and also Closing balance report brand wise and item wise at the end of the month.
- Transfer all transactions and dispatches to "SAP" program.
