•Discussion/ Negotiation with manpower vendors for empanelment for temporary & permanent staff.
Induction:
Filling in the joining forms, Documentation, Introduction with the existing staff, Salary Account process for new employees, Employee Engagement, training & development. Allocation of official assets, creating official Email Accounts, Placing new hires. etc
Documentation:
•Preparation & issue of offer letters, joining letters, confirmation letters, appraisal letters, relieving letters, experience letters, final settlement letters etc
•Maintain data bank of SL candidates for future use.
HR Policies & Procedures:
•Preparation & implementation of HR policies & Procedures: Hours of Operation/Work Schedules, Attendance Policy, Leave entitlement Policy (PL/CL/SC, FL), Holidays, Pay and Compensation, Equal Employment Policy, Termination Policy, Drug and Alcohol Policy, Safety Policy, Workplace Security Policy, Dress Code Policy, Smoking Policy, Telephone and Computer Use Policy, Business Expense Reimbursement.
Attendance and Payroll
•Attendance & salary preparation of on roll & off roll employees. Transfer of salary to employee A/Cs.
•Leave card updating and management
Performance management
•Evaluation of employee performance & discussing the same with their respective heads & then with top management. Discussion with senior & top management for promotion and appraisal of employees.
Industrial Relations:
•Retention, Employee counseling, grievance handling, Performance counseling, disciplinary issues, salary issues, office environmental issues etc, Internal Communications, dispute settlement & coordination with legal advisor for legal settlement of disputes. Legal compliance handling, People Management. Exit interview &full and final settlement of employees leaving the organization.
