• Co‐ordination with Structural & MEP team to resolve clash or cut‐
out.
• Modelling elements till LOD 500.
• Attention to detail and quality with a capacity to work under
pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sustain and coordinate project deliveries tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, architects, and other
stakeholders to ensure accurate information exchange.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software

ensure high.
• Responsible to develop an architectural concepts, schematic

• raft/generate: plans, diagrams, schedule, drawings, AutoCAD to
Revit
• Submission of weekly reports, site reports, regular meetings about
project progress and sit issues.
• Compile and prepare projects for municipality submission
according to building guidelines and regulations.
