• Invoicing & Billing, in View of Sales Tax procedures
• Preparation of Daily Management reports on Accounts, Banking, Purchases, Receivables, Payables and Remittances in view of cash flow management.
• Manage & Maintain financial transactions on day to day basis, Prepare vouchers, reconciliation statements.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Ensure filing of periodic returns (Withholding Tax, Sales Tax etc.) with concerned authorities; manage/renew tax exemption under different section of Income Tax ordinance and Rules.
• Preparation and consolidation of Annual Accounts
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Assist the manager for financial reporting in preparing monthly accounts.
• Follow-up with staff for settlement of travel and project payments made in advance for timely settlement.
• Preparation and review of Budget & cash Flow statement on bi-monthly basis & keep daily track of bank accounts.
• Handling procurement process for import of stock items from Japan, USA, UK, UAE, GERMANY, CHINA
• Responsible for Vendor Invoice processing in the ERP and supporting functions in a cost-effective, timely and competent manner ensuring that service is delivered in a customer focused manner following Best practices
• Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment.
• Supervise the inspection of all supplies, services and equipment purchased to insure conformance with specifications.
• Maintain a bidders’ list, vendors’ file, and such other records as are needed for the efficient operation of the purchasing function
• Monitors and reviews progress of contractual agreements, reviews and approves invoices for payment, resolves any problems if arises.
