o Looking after end to end development & implementation of the company’s HSE & Quality Management System, procedures at all company operational sites (Cement & Ready mix Operations) by using appropriate monitoring & inspection techniques for effective implementation of system for the improvement of HSE process and standard.
o Support in developing safe work procedures, policy and awareness session with department Managers / Supervisors, and guiding teams on gaps identified during audits and provide action plan to further improve and strengthen the safety process to prevent injuries.

o Functioning as Management Representative (MR) to review HSEQ MS performance and liaising with ISO certifying body and for QHSE MS, conducting internal audits, conduct Management Review meeting at planned interval with Top Management to discuss internal & external audit findings, gaps within process and provide guidance for improvement of HSE Management System.
