Responsibilities:-
1. Completely reviewing Customer Project Scope of Work and Verifying Internal Scope, Cost, Delivery and Project Milestone with Internal and External offers.
2. Planning Technical activities and Preparing Technical Milestone.
3. Built the Team based on Project Scope and Delivery plan, Acquire pertinent Engineer and Designer.
4. Perform Technical Interview and Qualify external supplier based on Experience, Technical competency, Cost and Delivery Plan.
5. Create and Verifying the Technical specification compliance.
6. Conduct Kick of Meeting with Customer and Explain all the Technical aspects and Get approval.
7. Standardize and Create Template of Project Technical solution, Delegate the activities to the Engineers, Designers.
8. Participating Customer Review meeting in all the stages and update Project status, Monitoring Project Progress and milestones.
9. Prepare all the technical documents required by the project or the customer in accordance with the schedule from starting to till end of the project.
10. Carry out all activities with the objective of quality, duration and profitability.
11. Provide technical support to Tender Team, Project Team and Field Execution Team.

2. With my experience & expertise saved 500 Thousand SAR in ongoing oil & gas project.

Responsibilities:
1. Defining technically the job with services design manager by meeting all the customer requirements and specifications.
2. Verifying the availability and accuracy of all required technical information to execute the project. Where required, perform the site visit to collect more technical information.
3. Co-ordinate with the design department entity and other equipment suppliers for customer clarifications and manufacturing clearance.
4. Propose engineered solution after evaluating the technical feasibility for specific job in consultation with services design manager.
5. Provide technical clarifications to the customer during the design submission and approval stage.
6. Estimate the required man-hours and personnel to execute the design activities of services job.
7. Prepare all the technical documents required by the project or the customer in accordance with the schedule from starting to till end of the services project.
8. Carry out all design activities with the objective of quality, duration and profitability.
9. Provide technical support for Tender Team, Project Team and Field Execution Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Defining technically the job by reviewing the customer’s requirements and specifications.
2. Conveying at the earliest actual technical feasibility with regards to customer specifications.
3. Implementing tailor-made solutions that stick closest to the needs while working towards optimizing company’s existing standard supply.
4. Provide technical solutions for clarifications requested by customer, Projects Department, Manufacturing & Logistics or draftsmen.
5. Supervising draftsmen in their assignments and check their drawings (single line diagram, panel layout, civil work guide and schematic).
6. Reviewing and assessing the ability of supplier to comply with our specifications, in coordination with Logistic. Checking thoroughly supplier’s acknowledgment of EPS order.
7. Preparing and issue the latest updated technical information to the concerned section (Mechanical Section, Project Department, and Manufacturing & Logistics).
8. Participating in technical meetings with Projects Department or customer.
9. Preparing the required Bill of Materials for the job.
10. Preparing and issue job-based fabrication file request to mechanical section.
11. Preparing production file with applicable checklist.
12. Effective use of design tools like Elecdes, Eplan, AutoCAD, Elo NET, etc.
13. Taking part in the implementation of corrective actions while proposing preventive ones as far as quality is concerned.
14. Coach and assist Junior Electrical Design Engineer on technical issues, when needed.
15. Participating in job launching with implementing the proper hand over and technical order forms.
16. Participating to design review meetings.
17. Checking all drawings, BOM, Production file, and technical documents prepared by designers in the team using the checklist.
18. Distributing jobs to team designers and draftsman.
19. Simplifying and standardizing team solutions as per customer requirements.

5. Preparing Base design for Medium Voltage & Low Voltage switchgear.
6. Preparing Schematics Diagrams for Medium Voltage & Low Voltage switchgear.
7. Programming Protection Relays, PLC for Control Philosophy.
8. Preparing Bill of Material and production file for the project.
Responsibilities: Project Engineer
1. Take ownership for Project Initiation, and validate technical and commercial details of the project document with contract terms.
2. Develop project schedule and communicate with the customer for Project Planning.
3. Execute Project and communicate project plan and technical requirements to all related departments.
4. Monitor and control project to meet technical and commercial requirements.
5. Share and update project modification scope to related departments.
6. Provide support and give clarification if needed during FAT and make sure all the points are implemented before delivery.
7. Verify equipment arrival at site and necessary documents are available with customer for installation.
Responsibilities: Design Engineer
1. Studying the Customer Specification.
2. Preparing the SLD and Preparing GA and Panel construction drawings.
3. Designing for LV panel, Designing controls Schemes.
4. Preparing bill of material for ordering.
5. Providing necessary coordination to ensure timely completion of the project to the satisfaction of the client.
First class in electrical and electronics engineering with 70%.
