•Maintain the current IT infrastructure in NRC Pakistan and
ensure the proper functioning of equipment and network to
meet office needs and demands. Ensure IT Systems are
efficient and effective to support program needs.
•Installation & Configuration of: Servers, Network Area Storage
(NAS), desktop /laptop hardware and software, and
peripherals.
•Install, configure and provide efficient user support for
computing hardware and software. Set up and maintain a field
office IT environment including LAN, WLAN, workstations,
Biometric system, printers, shared file services, Data Backup,
antivirus, etc.
•Perform preventative maintenance on all NRC computers and
network resources.
•Create backup solutions for office/individual users and provide
the necessary training on the use of these back-up solutions.
Maintain all weekly and monthly basis Backups of user’s data.
•Update appropriate network security procedures to safeguard
system from physical harm, viruses, unauthorized users and
damage to data.
•Create and maintain NRC computer software/hardware
inventory ensuring accuracy.
•Create and maintain network file to include IP address, system
access, email creation system etc.
•Diagnose hardware and software faults by questioning clients
patiently about a problem and explaining the procedures to
them.
•Working towards a successful resolution of the problems
clients present.
•Investigate local Internet connectivity options to obtain
adequate bandwidth for Intranet and application connectivity.
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports on IT activities for the
Operations Manager review. Establish and maintain systems
for keeping an inventory of equipment, software’s, .
•Set up and maintain a field office IT environment including
LAN, WAN, FTP Server, Data Backup, workstations, printers,
shared file services, internet/email access, security, antivirus,
UPS, voltage regulators etc.
•Conduct staff training on computer basics (minor trouble
shooting with computers, printers and scanners) and the use
of MS Office applications and networking. Assist, as needed,
with developing databases or other windows application
needs for program and operational staff.
•Provide technical spport to field offices for IT related setups
and usage of IT equipment.
•Administrating network environments, installation of computer
Hardware and software applications, troubleshooting,
developing and presenting complete Business and financial
plans. Accountable for all technical support for networking
projects.
•Level 1 and 2 support for issues during and after installation.
•Working on Active Directory accounts, configuration of PCs &
laptops.
•Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines
company wide.
•Good organisation and time management skills.
•Ability to train and assist users in the use of general software.
•Deal with customer complaints queries and request of
information.
•Answer customer questions, as well as question customer to
obtain full understanding of what Information is being
requested. Document all calls with regards to customer in
quires accurately.
•Knowledge of products Provide quality customer service on
every call.
•Communicate clearly and effectively with customer. Promote
good listening skills.
•Manage length of calls. Recognizing and managing assertive

Recovery Forensic of Suspected Hard Discs Using Different
Tools.
