 Provide Safety Leadership in all activities and aspects of the role.  Prepare operations and logistics plans for the well test addressing: HSE, Logistics, Trucking procedure and requirements.  Coordinate transport and trucking requirements for the well test.  Manage all third party contractors at well site in their delivery of services and equipment to the operation.  Plans for future operations and ensures required materials and services are available at the well site with appropriate customs clearance.  Works with Service Providers to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds requirements.  Provides technical input and when required offer engineered solutions to well problems.

• Manage and coordinate activities of workers engaged in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stock records in warehouse. • Ensure warehousing operations are carried out in compliance with the company's QHSE policies. • Work closely with the business office to recommend quantities of supplies/ equipment for purchase, and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations. • Establishes procedures and supervises the annual physical inventory. • Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of existing movable equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorates. • Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience as needed. • Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet operations requirements. • Responsible for continuing programs of exploration for new materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity, and delivery. • Assist in forecasting to plan future orders. • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).

I worked with meals on Wheels project to solve routing problem with minimizing total cost of shipments and reduce the number of tracks they used.

Operate mobile and overhead cranes.
• Responsible for operating over 200 tons of equipment and material, utilizing critical control and monitoring skills. • Inspected and adjusted crane to prevent malfunctions or damage. • Loaded and lifted various bundles and materials to move around warehouse. • Served as Rigger III, by testing machinery for safety and reliability. • Select and appropriately align suspended loads from crane operator to ensure safe movement of materials.

Served for gas flowline maintenance and installation by inspecting, examining, and testing installed pipe lines.
