•Ensure the day-to-day operations of business run smoothly, and safety regulations are adhered to;

Managed a team of (19) members (Picker, Stock Checker, Delivery Controller, Parts Advisors and
Senior Parts Advisors)
Participated in achieving the QUALITY MANAGEMENT ASSURANCE (QMA) by redesigning 2 level
storage, compiling and editing comprehensive quality control repots.
Overseeing stock control and processing orders;
Ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met;
Extensive involvement managing client relationships at all levels;
Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems- SNA, IMPHDL, SAP
Responding to and dealing with customers communication by email, fax and telephone &
in-person;
Keeping stock control systems up to date;
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
Briefing team leaders on a daily basis;
Monitoring the performance and progress of staff;
Motivating, training and organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure
set productivity targets are met;
Communicating with other departments to increase sales of Spare parts & Accessories - Being
the 1st seller of Land Rover Accessories throughout the Middle East for 2 year on a row;
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

•Serve technicians with parts over the service counters to ensure customers vehicles are repaired on time.
•Handle back order
•Identify parts requirement and enquiries by use of manufactures / suppliers parts identification systems (Microfich system / Manual catagluge).
•Keep documented filed record of vendors invoices for audit purpose and for reference at a later stage.
•Fix general pricing & approved special prices for spare parts.
•Update approved discounts for customer or Part
•Prepare qotations for Jordanian Armed Forces spareparts vihecals.
