During my internship as a heavy lift engineer, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of heavy lift engineering, including analyzing and understanding lift plan drawings and exploring mobile cranes. I also had the opportunity to showcase my technical skills by preparing a technical poster about lifting slings and writing a report on the same topic. Additionally, I was able to engage with the field by attending meetings related to heavy lift engineering.
I am a graduate of King Abdulaziz University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. My graduation project focused on 3D printing, exploring the principles and applications of additive manufacturing and designing and prototyping a 3D-printed object or system. Throughout my degree, I also studied relevant courses such as power plant systems, HVAC, and the design of heat exchangers, which provided me with a strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
