Lead the establishment of frameworks and standards for program and project management. Implement governance standards including tracking, monitoring and updating deliverables and ensure accurate implemented on the ERP to meet program, institute and department requirements. Integrate promotion criteria checklist to research faculty, and drive decision-making processes to create medium and long-term improvements. Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into a comprehensive strategic plan to underpin strategic objectives. Establish PMO’s strategies, methodologies, responsibilities, services and deliverables to support PMO’s objectives, including processes and templates, across all projects. Responsible of strategic projects and KACST collaboration agreement delivering support to the definition of project business cases.

Key Achievements: -
• Delivered computerized workflow (HRMS, PM, Financial, Procurement etc.) that reduced paperwork to 10% and accelerated the work flow by up to 90%; one of the 1st organizations in KSA to implement this kind of system into R&D
