- collect data through market surveys, consumer research, and competitor research. and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential product and service markets.
-designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
- identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry.
-Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution.
- Using the data obtained, report to the Marketing Manager and the team to formulate the basis of the company's marketing plan, aiming to focus its resources on improving the products and services and gaining advantage over competitors.
-Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations
- Maintain a sufficient inventory of shipping supplies
- Responsible for keeping the shipping and inventory storage areas orderly and maintained
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as required
- Assist purchaser in researching shipping methods and options for orders
- Prepare Domestic & International Waybills and customs documentation
- Investigate shipment issues and damages
- Receive and record all shipments and inspect for content and condition of packaging
- Distribute received items to their appropriate holding / storage areas
