1) Receive instructions from the Department Development & Communication Manager, to provide
complete administrative and facilitation support.
2) Provide general administrative support for the Department personnel.
3) Provide administrative assistance regarding department organizational set-up that includes, Manpower
Lists for recruitment planning, process, procedures in coordination with the Human Resource
department including saudization program if required.
4) Maintains office staff and records including assisting recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees.
5) Provide support for documents generated within the Department, including organizing, re-structuring,
etc.
6) Provide service and facilitate passports, medical insurance, iqamas, recruitment, etc. for all concerned
departmental staff.
7) Ensure and monitor the status list for departmental administration and facilitation activities and take
action immediately if required.
8) Prepare presentations, memos, documents related to departmental administration activities and
coordinate to various concerned departments to do work on schedule.
9) Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
10) Determine leave entitlements including annual vacation, emergency, monthly time sheet, resignation,
termination and compensation.
11) Upload and monitor on departmental communication portal regarding passport issues, iqamas, etc. as
per instructions from Department Development & Communication Manager, if required.
12) Monitor, support and maintain manpower files and ensuring their confidentiality.
13) Maintain, update and implement HR related policies and procedures to the design department.
14) Maintains office services by organizing office related operations and procedures, help prepare payroll,
and controlling correspondences.
15) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results if needed.
