 Client Experience:
- Act as single point of contact from opportunity identification to delivery & operation processes. Possessing end-to-end process knowledge.
- Act as focal point for onboarding new IBM Business Partners and key Clients covering (Agreements, Products education, implementation and support).
- Understand and communicate key client needs and information internally to propose the right products and solutions.
- Conduct and facilitate client visits and reviews, while having a deep understanding of clients and internal processes.
- Monitor the end-to-end fulfilment process and operations in an effort to develop and implement value-add client solutions and growth enablement.
- Introduce Cloud Based applications with SAS concept to Clients/Partners while managing the full cycle from initiation to closing and training.
- Achieve operational excellence targets, support Trust and Compliance initiative.
- Ensure new products are delivered within the agreed timeframe while emphasizing on achieving Client success in all engagements.
- Support the deployment of key initiatives in B2B environment, and keeping it aligned to channel strategic plans to deliver excellent Client and Partner Experience.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Clients / Partners at all levels to ensure proper onboarding of new products, success and Client Satisfaction.
- Engage in every step of the full product onboarding cycle from sales to delivery, training, and support to build success stories with end Clients & Partners.
- Help Clients by implementing digital initiatives and tools to reduce process complexity and ensure time saving, low cost & work efficiency
- Consultant on methods of conducting business: coordinate complex activities, respond to inquiries, and project manage issues to resolution.
- Consultant in the following Area: proposals, RFQ, BOQ, contracts terms and conditions, Client Solution Onboarding, solution design, payments terms, billing process, invoicing process, contracts terminations, legal actions
- Contracts Management: Managing Contract file, Mobilization Period, dispute resolution, claims, deliverables and performance, testing and acceptance, warranties, Closing the last five percent of the contract etc.
- As customer engagement leader, I was a key player in the IBM Client Value Initiative aiming to increase client satisfaction, sales productivity, IBM metrics attainment.
