Project Team Leader at Alouss limited company
  • Morocco - Rabat
  • My current job since January 2017

Project Team Leader managing 12 electrical technicians at ALOUSS Limited Company Rabat with full project implementation responsibilities and authorities as the techno-commercial assistant to the CEO.
I have started with doing a training in electrical empowerment, I am charging of managing a team of twelve technicians at the company, I am the assistant of the CEO, I am also charging of market monitoring, company management, attending meetings and attending electrical maintenance of equipment including inverters, generators and medium voltage cells of the various airports in the kingdom.

energetic auditor at cosumar
  • Morocco - Casablanca
  • February 2016 to June 2016

Project Graduation at COSUMAR Casablanca.
Subject: Implementing energy efficiency in all parts of the refinery according to
the norm ISO 50001.
It was my project graduation where I was charged of implementing energy
efficiency in all parts of the refinery according to the norm ISO 50001. I started by
making a diagnosis of the existing (white audit) where I collected all necessary data
for the project (sugar production, electricity consumption, fuel consumption, water
consumption), I made graphs of consumption, specific consumption and linear
regression for knowing the saving potential, then I made the distribution of the
energy bill (fuel and electricity). Then I did the analysis of the energy bill to
optimize the contracted power and the power factor. Then I tracked every
electricity transformer to determine the distribution of electricity in each sector of
the refinery where I followed the method of Pareto. At the end I proposed
improvement actions to reduce energy consumption (the fuel in central heating by
improving the efficiency of the boiler and the electricity network of the National
Electricity Office by the installation of equipment that reduce consumption).

Optimization of pH and temperature of effluents from the refinery to have a pH between 7 and 9 at cosumar
  • Morocco - Casablanca
  • September 2015 to September 2015

It was a training course where I learned about the processes of different units of the refinery. I studied all the sources from which waste water is generated (discoloration, demineralization, gas scrubber). Then I made a material balance to determine the volumes of acidic and basic water generated and their time cycles. I then used all the collected data to propose a mixing process in order to neutralize the pH of the waste water without the need to add sodium hydroxide or sulfuric acid. This self-neutralization process (mixing various streams of waste water coupled with a storage process) proved to be very cost effective.

Heat balance of the kiln. at lafarge
  • Morocco - Casablanca
  • August 2015 to August 2015

It was a training course where I learned about the cement process. I calculated the clinker coming out of oven temperature and the composition of the combustible and the analyze after combustion, gross calorific value, comburivore power, smoke power, Smoke analysis… I learned about fuel alternatives used in kilns (Fuel, coke, promace, apricot hull, shredded plastic, baby's diaper, rubber powder rubber, waste rubber, waste rubber, textile waste, coal releases, chicken faeces, cow turd, shredded tires, local whole tires, waste oils, paper, cardboard, wood…).

Internship at ONDA
  • Morocco - Agadir
  • February 2015 to May 2015

End of year project at the National Office of Airports Agadir.
The National Office of Airports is a public industrial and commercial nature
established in January 1990 by transformation of the Office of Casablanca Airports,
first autonomous establishment of airport management in Morocco.
Subject: Lighting optimization of the Agadir airport with the integration of an
autonomous photovoltaic solar system.
It was a training course where I studied the performance of the current installation,
after I calculated the luminous flow with the LUXMETRE to find the necessary
number of lamps using a software called DIALUX. Then I compared two kinds of
lamps: incandescence and LED where I chose LED 18W, at the end I proposed an
autonomous photovoltaic solar system which I made the study with a software
called PVSYST.

Internship at RAMSA at ramsa
  • Morocco - Agadir
  • August 2014 to August 2014

Internship at RAMSA (Autonomous governed Multiservice Agadir), RAMSA makes the management of two public services in Agadir: distribution of drinking water and sewerage.
It was a second introductory training where I visited different treatment plants, pumping stations and stations of distribution of drinking water in Agadir, I learned about their laboratory techniques for waste water analysis, I then learned about the various water treatment process they use ( primary treatment : screening, de-oiling, grit removal, degreasing, coagulation-flocculation-sedimentation. second treatment : Lagoon, activated sludge. And tertiary treatment: ultraviolet rays). I then learned about how the treated water which is used for watering the grass in golf courses while the residual sludge is burned in kilns of cement plants.

Internship at SAMIR (Moroccan Anonymous Company of
  • June 2014 to

SAMIR is a Moroccan company specialized in the refining of petroleum products,
located in the city of Mohammedia.
I was introduced to the processes of different units of the refinery. I studied various
energy equipment (kiln, exchangers, distillation column, boilers, pumps,
compressors, coolers…).I also learned about the treatment of waste water and the
different analyzes in two laboratories: laboratory analyzes of petroleum fractions
(flash point, pour point, freezing point, cold filter plugging point, octane number…)
and laboratory analyzes of waste water (Chemical Oxygen Demand, Biological
Oxygen Demand, turbidity...).
