Responsible for the development of Service PIP and Quality Control processes, control measures and systems that will cater to Machine PDI Quality Control initiative.
Provide technical expertise to control PIPs/PDIs functions, improve Quality Control measures and look after Reclaimed Parts business in CSD (Central Stock Depot).
Identify quick wins, pitfalls, and evaluate critical KPIs which will form the basis of performance evaluations.Monitor PIPs, PSPs, Database (Zahid/CAT) and keep upto date information.
Lead and train mechanics in the CSD of best practices and process improvements.
Achieve zero defect policy in PDI process.
