• Working as outsourced resource to SEHA Abu Dhabi health authority as main point of support for centralized radiology reporting system Nuance Powerscribe.
• The role involved providing first line technical support to SEHA sites whilst optimizing network, desktop and application performance and security, reducing downtime to an absolute minimum
• Responsible for managing more than 8 government hospitals that come under SEHA authority across Abu Dhabi, Al ain and western Gharbia region UAE
• Working and coordinating with third party Cerner, Philips HIS/ PACS vendors in day to day for resolution to radiology reporting challenges
• Log all support calls, investigate and resolve incident, providing assistance remotely and visiting site when necessary
• Conducting site visits and trainings, follow up with end user in coordination of IT and PACS admins
• Installation and configuration of Windows 2003/2008 Servers, patching approved updates, implementing security polices and antivirus exclusions settings
• Installation and configuring of MSSQL 2000/2008 database, scheduling backup plan and performing maintenance activities
• Performing weekly and monthly server and application Health Check-up, monitoring events for any error or potential issues
• Providing report based on SEHA management requests
SEHA Upgrade PS4.8 to PS360
• Involved in the Implementation and up gradation of complete radiology reporting solution Powerscribe from 4.8 to PS360 V2.0
• Installation and configuration of core application on SEHA Powerscribe servers in Injizat DataCenter
• Involved in planning and testing of HL7 interface and desktop level integrations with Cerner and Philips ISITE
• involved in migration of all PS4.8 users profiles data to PS360 and arranged resources to train end user on new system
• Created complete documentation of project details including end user training, workflow with Cerner RDT and Philips ISITE training, PS360 servers details, network architecture and technical diagrams
• Configure and maintain SEHA servers, monitoring HL7 interface, checking Ports connectivity

Worked and joint the company as Application specialist and Trainer on Ministry of Health project, successfully implemented Nuance Dragon Medical Voice Recognition solution throughout all emirates under MOH, ensuring quality of service to the end user, managing sites with coordination of different HIS/RIS/ PACS vendors and local IT team

• Successfully rolled out Nuance Dragon Medical Voice recognition solution for medical reporting in all specialities throughout all governmental hospitals come under MOH
