Controlling and execution of current and upcoming projects.
Liase with the customers of all projects registered in Job Execution Register
Manage operations, including Engineers and supervisors.
Oversee the support activity associated with the submittal process,
engineering, technical support, installation schematics, equipment
delivery, outside purchasing, scheduling and labor planning.
Ensure that operations team is adequately trained, equipped and
motivated so that the operational services can be accomplished in a safe,
timely and cost effective manner.
Analyze performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and to
impact results.
Development and implementation of new operational procedures and
policies (Project & Maintenance).
Coordinate to hire quality individuals who possess the necessary technical
skills and experience to fill open job positions
Implementation of proactive, preventive and corrective maintenance as
per project specific requirements.

It has a large chain of 150 stores located at Bahrain, U.A.E, Yemen, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia. Total work force including factory consist of 500 employees. Warehouse Management: Planning, organizing and controlling of
warehouse over all operations
Production Support: Intensive coordination or Follow up for the production
requirements and their fulfillment.
Project Operations Management: Controlling and execution of current and
upcoming projects of fire safety, surveillance, electrical, repair and
maintenance, upgrading of existing systems and new developments by:
Liaison with vendors/suppliers/contractors.
Invitation, evaluation and recommendations of quotations.
Negotiation with all local suppliers or representatives.
Intensive follow-up of running projects as per schedule.
Continuous purchases / supply / management of all types of
locally available materials.
Presentation / proposals for new or upgrading of existing projects.
Position : Production Coordinator (Jan 2004 to April 2010)
Reporting to Factory Manager
Ensure effective planning, organizing, scheduling, execution, progress monitoring and controlling of routine production activities.
Effective communication and coordination with all the relevant departments to accomplish the production targets on time.
Effective utilization of the available resources to execute/perform production activities.
Develop and implement various forms & procedures to streamline the system.
Prepare analytical reports on Production Process.
Handle all the matters related to the fire proofing, CCTV and fire safety services, equipments, periodic maintenance and contracts
Identify the problems of Production Deptt. as well as Factory and suggest optimum solutions as how to eradicate it.
Independently handle export distribution to all retail outlets.
