Supervise the entire financial and non-financial transactions related to the branch.
- Control the administration cum management issues and expense of the branch.
- Balancing ledgers on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and closing as per the given Central Bank prudential regulations.
- Key custodian of the vault and Attorney holder (“B” category).
- Monitoring and managing vouchers, balancing all the stationary items and security stationary.
- Ensuring that the transactions are free from money laundering.
- Compliance to BAHL policies, rules, regulations and Code of Ethics.
- Ensure that internal control in the branch stays effective to avoid any instance of fraud & forgery.
- Ensure that the customer complaints are handled promptly and diligently.

Visa Debit cards, Account Maintenance & Balance certificates.
- Foreign Trade; Outward Foreign Bills for Collection (OFBC), Inward & Outward Foreign
Remittances (IFTT/OFTT), Foreign Draft (FDD), Conversion Foreign Currency, Online
International Remittance, Rate booked through Treasury & Reporting, SBP Returns in ITRS, Local
Bill for Collection (LBC).
- Clearing; Scrutiny of cheques & endorsement, processing of cheques & debits customers
account, receiving of cheques, maintaining cheque return file & cheque return register.
- Remittance; Issuing & balancing of Pay Order / Demand draft, Internal transfer, Online transfer,
Outward bills of collection (Online & Manual), ATM Cash retract & balancing (EBO),
- Selling Banking products such as TDRs, consumer products and other deals.
- I.T; maintain all back up & system records ATM and ITRS, SOD & EOD operations.
• Planning and executing Trade Marketing & BTL Activities.
• Business development by providing efficient & effective Retail branding Solutions to clients.
• Event Management & Venue Branding.
• Identify branding opportunities and execute effective location branding on client’s approval.
• Manage multiple concurrent campaigns by analyzing performance and making strategic
