Achievements/Tasks Accountable for sales of all GENERAL MILLS (GMI) brands (Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Nature Valley, Old El Paso, Haagen Das, Green Giant) across all Modern Trade in Dubai, Northern Emirates, Traditional Trade, Convenience stores, Petrol stations in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Involving in New Product Strategy, New business development & Product launches. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Optimizing organization sales & distribution network in UAE by delivering coaching & training to the team. Managing trading business from regional ofice & responsible for its profitability & sales. Coordinating with Marketing Team for brand building initiatives like promotions, and visibility. Analyzing market trends and behavior to uncover new business and sales opportunities.
