As Sr.Mechanical Engineer, manage the overall activities of estimation, procurement, execution, and hand over of MEP works as per the Key Performance Indices-
• Interacted with Consultant, MEP contractors to meet deadlines & complete project on schedule.
• Designing & Installation of FM200, NOVEC 1230, Co2 and Wet sprinkler System.
• Attended design coordination meeting with, Project Management Consultants, Services consultants & Architects to arrive at the most compatible, economical and safe solution for the projects together with the Design Engineer.
• Coordinated with clients and contractors & certified the project’s compliance with requirements.
• Checked shop drawings with consultants during review meeting to suitable changes or corrections.
• Coordinated with consultants in order to obtain the fast approvals for RFI, MIR.
• Checked the overall quality of the installations.
• Prepared the project update and reported to client.
• Managed Manpower at site, leading to timely completion of project including quality and safety
• Checked and certified works bills on behalf of client.
As Mechanical Engineer, manage the overall activities of Estimation for tendering, Installation, execution, Testing and commissioning of MEP works as per the Key Performance Indices-
• Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities.
• Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by the contract.
• Supervision of MEP Installation - Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Fighting system.
• Preparation of Shop Drawing and get it approval by Client for Execution.
• Coordinated with consultants in order to obtain the fast approvals for RFI, MIR.
To attend the site progress meetings.
To prepare & update material log & work schedule as well as site inspection reports.
To establish site office/store
To supervise the erection work at site as well as to check the levels of ducts/pipe/equipments as per drawings and project specification.
To prepare the RA bill and get it approved by the client.
To check the workmanship and to submit labour/progress report to the client.
Ensures the HVAC maintenance department is cross-functionally trained
and staffed by competent personnel
Ensure that contractor understands the contract documents including drawings / specs, phase plans, HVAC systems interrelationships, workflow & schedule
supervise the staff of mechanical section foreman ensuring optimum efficiency.
prepare work orders for servicing and repair
Work with the team of Engineers and management, prepare daily report for labour progress.
visual inspection for all kind of installation work like fire fighting and plumbing drainage.
controlling daily labours work.

I am perfect in Engineering principals.applied tools and practices.My key strength includes leadership, creativity and quick problem solving ability. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others During My academics i have completed 11 months of Internship program organized by TECHPRO Services Private Limited, and acquired Good Knowledge in HVAC installation, Chiller maintenance and MEP Field.I have Also visited Steel Authority Of India Ltd (SAIL) for summer training. I have receive first Position Award in Intrafaculty chess tournament.
