• Conducting QMS and Technical audits for Inspecting third party laboratories and conducting the technical audits with respect to the requirements of ISO: 17025 to check their performance
• Conducting audits for site laboratories and QA/QC departments of the contractors and evaluating the performance of site staff of contractor and the consultant..
• Inspecting Asphalt plants, RMC plants and crushers quality control wings to check their performance during production.
• Inspecting material Quarries / stock yards.
• Witnessing the testing on site and in laboratory
• Conducting audits on materials which are using in construction during execution,
• Analyzing failure data and laboratory test results to determine causes of problems
• Analyzing the test results of the materials.
• Preparing and issuing NCR for the audits performed.
• Preparing close out reports, weekly and monthly reports
• Reviewing the Worksheets, test reports and other documents.
• Team leader for the team during testing for structural evaluation and soundness of the structure. ,
• Conducting the NDT Tests on site.
• Coordinating with clients in technical aspects
• Analysing the tested data collected from site and finding out the root cause of the failure
• Concluding the results and suggesting suitable restoration scheme for the distress.
• Preparing the reports
• Preparation of estimates for the restoration works suggested.
• Supervising the contractor during the execution of the restoration work.
• Reporting to the technical director.
• Preparation of MIX DESIGNS of Concrete.
• Reviewing laboratory reports.
• Follow R&D of new material
• Attend material & QC meetings
• Keep up-to-date with new appropriate material
• Assist in the preparation of the documents noted in the flow chart of the manual of project procedures.
Reviewing reports, Technical discussion with clients, Checking worksheets, Performing tests when ever necessary, Guiding the technicians during testing, maintain calibration plan, preparing procedures for testing.
Preparation of DPR's, Supervising and quality control of road construction, Preparing BOQ's for contactors, Conducting topographical surveys and testing of materials.
