Job Description & Responsibilities: ▪ Answers queries on telephone anl makes appointments for patents, over the telephone if necessaryd ▪ Documents anl scheluling patents ▪ Alheres to z33, , 3establishel livisional anl/ or lepartmental policies anl procelures anl initates acton in atenling to the patents as per establishel proceluresd ▪ Partcipates in lepartmental meetngs anl relatel in- service elucatonal programsd ▪ ▪ Perform other lutes as anl when assigneld Taking approvals for all kinl of insurance patentsd ▪ Verifes all insurance benefts assignel to the clinic to letermine insurance coverage meets the stanlarls as per the company anl/or policyd ▪ Guiles patents to the proper clinic in coorlinaton with the atenling porterd ▪ Perform other lutes as anl when assigneld ▪ Explains fnancial requirements to the patents or persons responsible for the patent anl collects necessary fee as per the establishel fee scheluled ▪ Verifes fee collectel from various patents anl hanls over the cash to the Accounts Deptd ▪ Maintains lepartmental recorls anl fles, anl takes care of lepartmental equipment ▪ Provilel a strong proactve customer service approachd
Responsibilities :
Listening to the customer and presenting to make a sale.
Responding to incoming phone enquiries.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stocks.
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Greeting each customer that comes into the store in a warm manner.
Ensuring that all customers receive excellent customer service through direct salesmanship and courteous service.
Assisting customers with questions, needs and purchases.
Building successful interaction with retail customers.
Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
Preparing merchandise for display.
Assisting in physical inventory counts.
Setting up merchandise on the sales floor.
Demonstrate to the customer on how to operate the product.
