I am handling mainly Supervision of all actual activities at site and in office which includes vehicle maintenance, activities for actual daily needs in workshop sites, Scheduling of Tawtheeq agreements with Abu Dhabi Municipality, Handling above 100’s of Vehicle registration, fine payments and salik’s, Super vision of quotation, Local purchase order, Labor & Visa Process over 150’s of Employees, staff accommodation facilities and maintenance, medical insurance and facilities.
I Assist the Managing Director in overall quality control of the site, provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control at construction site. And assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues.
