General Operations
1. Planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring the operations of all MSS projects in the region, according to standard business format.
2. Working closely with Project/Clinic managers/In-charges to supervise smooth functioning of all MSS operations in the region that mainly include, clinics, camps, CBM and mobiles.
3. Supervising and developing teamwork among the district staff through exemplary leadership, guidance, control and ensuring personal development of members.
4. Updating the RMO/ Manager Community Mobilization & Promotion on project activities and performance.
5. Contributing to gender policy formulation, its implementation, monitoring & evaluation

Project Management
1. Reviewing projects’ performance and preparing strategies to achieve project sustainability before the end of each project.
2. Developing marketing plans, suggesting improvement and monitoring its implementation at each project.
3. Assisting, participating and contributing in initiation and execution of all gender related activities at the project and in the community
4. Implementing annual training plan in all the districts.
5. Taking regular feedback from the clients as per standard procedure.

Administrative:
1. Ensuring that monthly reports and other required data is accurately and timely prepared and submitted to the head office in accordance with given guidelines and requirements.
2. Documenting, preparing and arranging logistics for annual activities, mid-term reviews and end of the project reviews by senior management.
Monitoring:
1. Monitoring the project activities through regular personal visits to the sites
2. Facilitating the internal and external auditors and ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions Quality Management System
3. Supervise Total Quality Management (TQM) activities and continuous planning for enhancing quality and effectiveness.
4. Ensure all teams comply with client satisfaction indicators based on gender and rights-based approaches as per guidelines
5. Promptly follow up on customer/client satisfaction feedback with timely corrective action
6. Ensure timely corrective action is undertaken on technical quality, as identified by Monitoring/Audit teams’ assessments, grading and recommendations, to maintain and adhere to MSS’ high quality standards/protocols
7. Oversee compliance of services with the government’s quality standards/protocols where applicable/required
Team Development

1. Manage project team, their periodical performance review, grievance handling and resolution of related issues.

2. Recommend and undertake recruitment process as necessary in consultation with RM Operation and Manager Community Mobilization & Promotion

3. Identify the capacity building needs of project teams and ensure relevant trainings are imparted in coordination with Health Services department.
