•Execution field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
•To comply with all safety related rules, policies, directives and procedures and to ensure that the health & safety is the first priority on site and positively communicated at all levels.
•Ensure compliance with company objectives, requirements, priorities, procedures, standerds, regulations and guidelines provided by the company.
•Monitor site progress and making of 2-4 week looks ahead program.
•Control project schedule and cost through the efficient use of all construction resources including man power, material, tools, and equipment.
•Conducting meetings with the site staff & sub contractors for progress, safety and quality.
•Ensure that daily and weekly short-range planning is maintained down to foreman level.
•Coordinate with Site Execution Team and Subcontractors to ensure that the works executed as per quality & specifications.
•Implementing the site safety and security procedures.
•Review entire project for continuity and completeness.
•Perform on site management, supervision and coordination of sub contractors
•Investigates and resolves engineering and technical related problems.
•Normally supervise 4 or more construction engineers, Sr, foreman and foremen.
•Manage site survey as well as provide horizontal and vertical control.
•Coordinate with consultant to ensure the Quality Assurance meets the contractual standards.
•Coordinate structural detail and design features within the project.
•Preparation of quality control plan, Method Statements & risk assessments.
•Follow the established quality management system and close QC reports / NCRs / complaints in a timely manner through appropriate follow-up action.
•Managing and planning of very fast track projects & ensuring the execution of work as per specification
•Material procurement
•Coordination with consultant & army officers
•Completion of project with in time
•Inspections and testing of main works & review of contractor's submittals
•Certification of Contractors Interim Payment Applications
