Development and deployment of strategic purchasing plans integrated with business plans and driven by customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities and business economics
Support Operations and Technical departments during the development of a project plans to ensure a comprehensive and integrated procurement plan (materials & equipment - both consumables & permanent specific) is developed, implemented, monitored and maintained
Processing purchase activities from order to payment
Management of shipping and receiving function including documenting and maintaining the processes and work instructions to ensure orderly receipt and shipment of store
Work with Operational management defining inventory schedule and level to be maintained ensuring no shortage exist while maintaining inventory as low as possible
Maintenance of dynamic flow of stores within warehouse from delivery receiving to consolidation and dispatch
Risk analysis, recommendation and implementation of actions to mitigate the risk
Management of market analysis and contracting strategies for critical commodities
Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements
Preparation and analysis of management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports
Reporting on OSD, suppliers, cost out activities, inventory and associated SCM activities
